Shri Raja
OUR HEAD COACH
Raja is a highly experienced and inspiring badminton coach with over 5 years of coaching experience. He has been mentored by National Senior Coach Gopichand, one of the most respected names in Indian badminton, and has also worked closely with him as an assistant in several coaching programs.
Raja has been part of training programs for Olympians, international players, and national- and state-level athletes, giving him deep insight into high-level performance.
At Falcon, he serves as our Head Coach, focusing on strong fundamentals, discipline, and player confidence. Under his guidance, many of our players have shown consistent growth and improvement.
Jagan M. Nair
OUR HEAD COACH
Jagan is the heart of our coaching team, with over 6 years of coaching experience and 5+ years at Serve Academy. He has worked closely with young players to help them build strong basics, confidence, and a love for the game.
As a former university-level player, Jagan understands what it takes to perform in real matches and brings that experience into daily training.
Being a technical official with TDBSA, he also ensures children learn the rules and fair play from the start. Jagan specializes in personal training for advanced and professional players, creating training plans based on each player’s strengths and goals.
Jishnu
OUR LEAD COACH
Jishnu is a friendly and approachable coach with 4+ years of coaching experience. He focuses on teaching children the right fundamentals in a simple and practical way.
As a certified technical official, he helps players understand match rules and game awareness early on. Having represented his college in KTU A Zone tournaments, Jishnu guides players using real match experience, encouraging steady improvement and confidence on court.
Sivasagar P
OUR COACH
Sivasagar is a dedicated coach with 3 years of professional coaching experience, known for his structured and disciplined training style. A university-level and former district player, he understands competitive badminton and helps students progress step by step.
As a technical official with TDBSA, he ensures players develop good sportsmanship, rule awareness, and match discipline along with their skills.
